H&M Bay, Inc. has announced acquiring a 68,000 square foot facility outside of Dallas, Texas with plans to be operational by this fall. The facility will offer a 9,000 square foot freezer/cooler. H&M will provide LTL service for shipments originating in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Oklahoma to the 48 contiguous states at the Garland, TX warehouse.
Walt Messick III, H&M’s Chief Operating Officer, stated, “Expanding our capabilities in this region will mean increased services to our customers and allows us to be even more competitive in the temperature-controlled LTL market. The Texas expansion is the natural next-step in our goal of becoming the top temperature-controlled LTL provider in the nation.
